If I have eggs every day (maybe one or two), is it going to be bad for my cholestreal levels?

I see people eating it everyday here, that's what's got my wondering ...

I eat 6 per day, more on workout days. I get my cholesterol results tomorrorw!!! If it's high, i'm not gong to blame the eggs; but rather, years of unhealthy eating.

Me too! well, I don't everyday but when I'm having an egg based meal (omelet, usually with some type of meat) I always have at least 6 eggs. I get super full and I consider it my biggest protein meal.

If I'm not eating meat, I'm eating eggs, and my LDL has decreased 75 points, and my HDL has increased 18 points.

I'm an egg inhaling fool - I'm sure I'll be walking around with fists tucked into my armpits saying "bok bok" at any moment.......

And if you have good cholestrol results, what gets the credit? Your current way of eating? That's not very sound logic, my friend.

If I have good cholesterol, I'll give credit to PB, for the 2 months that I've been doing it. How is that not sound logic?

I eat six to eight eggs most days, and my cholesterol's never been better.
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

Even CW now says eggs dont raise cholesterol levels. Do some research, but be careful who you get your information from.
