Scientific Research Help
So, a little bg- my folks have been one step on one step off on Primal after seeing my success with it. Basically, they're eating "low carb" but not primal, and wondering why it's not working. Uh, duh.
ANYWAY- my dad asked for scientific research links showing the effects and findings on saturated fats. I guess he wants to make sure he's not going to have a heart attack if he eats a piece of bacon. Does anybody have links I can send over? To help push him over the edge and get on board!
What does "low carb, but not primal" mean, exactly...?
La tristesse durera toujours...
ah. for instance, my mother emailed and asked me "Have you tried the Breyer's low-carb ice cream? It's good and only 12g of carbs!"
Someone else on this board posted this, but I forget who or where, so as far as you know I'm the one who gets all the credit:
Also this PaNu post is very short, but exactly on point re your mom & breyer's, for instance... Plus the guy's a doctor!
Ha! Awesome. Thanks. I'll be sure and point out the MD next to his name!
