I'm really suffering in this department this week. I was diagnosed with anemia 3 weeks ago. I've been taking Floradix, which wasn't causing too much of a problem (on top of what no grains is still wreaking, that is). This week, I switched to using a cast iron pan and cooking once or twice a day in it. Man, I can tell that's upped the iron intake!!!
I'm taking magnesium in increasing doses (sure would like to see the legendary Type 7 it's supposed to produce! Is there any downside to upping the dose until that happens?) I drink huge amounts of liquid, I'm eating plenty of fat....if this continues for more than another couple of weeks, I may have to add some psyllium.
Zone diet on and off for several years....worked, but too much focus on exact meal composition
