This guy is the executive director of the Washington State Potato Commission, so I wonder how honest the results would turn, if his health profile goes down the drain would he report it??....
Anyway it is an Interesting experiment..eager to see the outcome!
I'll keep my eyes peeled.
Well when the chips are down...
.....*blink*..... the eff?
Duh-Duh-DUHHHHHHHH!!!
I don't think I could eat that many potatoes!
Someone put this on the blog comment section. Really, they have NO clue.I'll make a prediction: I expect you to lose some weight, mostly because when you eat a single food you stop eating when no longer hungry, rather than skip over to another flavour. I also expect you'll reduce the markers for heart disease, you'll have no dietary cholesterol, and no refined sugar. I'm hoping that you get some decent publicity for this - you really are going the extra mile for the job. 60 days isn't long term enough to run into any serious deficiency diseases, as potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin C.
Yeah no refined sugar, but all those simple carbs from the potatoes = sugar, period.
I think his body will be fried...

For after all what is man in nature? A nothing in relation to infinity, all in relation to nothing, a central point between nothing and all and infinitely far from understanding either.
