After seeing the dentist today, I might be fasting for 48 hours or more
So....Grokette was suppose to survive last week, but amongst her hikes she came across a bountiful field of fruit, meat, and... almond butter? It's time to get back on track. Consider this your opportunity.
Rules:
1. Carbs less than 50 per day
2. At least a 12 hour fast/day, (easy. basically this means no eating after dinner and nothing until b-fast the next day).
That's it. Back on the wagon, baby!

I'm in, as of this afternoon (we'll not mention the butter/coconut/cocoa concoctions in the fridge, nor the salad cream at lunchtime!).
How is everyone doing?
I'm under 50g carbs but boy am I feeling it! Very tired today, also still hungry.
Means something must be happening though!

I am a tad hungry. Definitely tired since little sleep the past 2 days + strenuous workouts.
Total fast, once I reach dinnertime, will equal 18 hrs.
Note to self: Minty, Green tea during a fast causes unwelcome jitters (ack!).
