    I'm a fan of protein and IF and I think the three things that you've ended your post with are your own best advice. Nuts suck for weight loss. You might also want to experiment with IF as well. When you truly understand your body's needs and hunger I think it's easier to give it what it really needs to function better. If I miss a meal now, it's no big deal at all. I'm more than capable of going 24 hours to 48 if I so desire (without getting grumpy either).

    Mark actually says to eat .7-1g per lb of body weight I believe, not LBM.
