    "After a marathon, wait at least 30 days before racing one again. Even if you finished injury free, your body needs to heal the microscopic tears in your muscles left from months of training"

    Ill stick with my hikes and occasional 10 k's!

    I'm glad I did a half, but they really do tear you up.
