Pizza crust or "bread" recipe
I have developed a great pizza crust recipe that would make a really nice olive oil dipping bread:
1/2 cup unflavored baking whey protein
2/3 cup almond flour
3 tsp baking powder
as much garlic powder, rosemary, and Italian seasoning as you would like
2 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
In one bowl mix together dry ingredients
In another bowl soften the cream cheese for about 20 seconds in the microwave. Whisk in the 3 eggs until well combined. Add the oil and whisk well.
Add egg mixture to dry mixture and stir well.
Spray very well a metal pizza round. Spread mixture on the pan and cook for about 10 minutes (watch it well until lightly browned) in a preheated 385 oven.
