I'm not so new, so my questions are bit more "advanced" perhaps?
I couldn't find it without relentless digging, so I came here--- so, what about ketosis? have you been there & done that? How long does it take to get there? how long do stay there? do you revisit occasionally? do you notice any symptoms? should I start a new thread for a ketosis FAQ/primer?
oh, & a little love bump...

I'd say start up a new topic about ketosis. I'm trying to keep this thread aimed more towards the brand new follks, with reminders to the folks that've been here longer.

well, the reminders are AWESOME! And even though I've been at it for over a year & a half, I have no where near the knowledge of the core pack. I've never kept a journal, weighed my food, entered meals on Fit Day - in other words I still have lots to learn. that's why I love it here! Everything I read, I pick up more knowledge. thanks for this, whipped heaven, and more...

I know it's not thirst as I drink too much water most the time....and I got to get some coconut oil

I say if you're thirsty, drink water, otherwise don't force it. Your body will tell you.

I love this post - I will re-read it numerous more times I'm sure. It gave me a little reality-check that I am probably not eating enough fat.

    (bump, yo)
