Wheat & oat grass and kidney beans ? ?
IMO, NO WAY - I suggest Tossing it out or give it away to your local church.

I found this in my cabinet today...It's called Perfect Food - Super Green Formula by Garden of Life. My Dad used to take this stuff a few years ago. The ingredients look pretty healthy except for a few things like wheat & oat grass and kidney beans.
So is this stuff healthy? And should I be adding it to my veggie smoothies? And since there's no expiration date is it still safe to eat even after a few years of stagnation? Thanks!![]()

Trying hard to think of a reason to put extract of kidney beans in anything... failing so far.
I'm tempted to say that either it's gone off after a few years, in which case you shouldn't take it, or it hasn't, in which case no self-respecting microorganism will touch it, and so neither should you. I know, I know, not everything that doesn't go off is a nutritional disaster area, but...
I was hoping the real healthy veggies in it would out weigh the unhealthy ones. *sigh*
