    Best oil to grill with?

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
I've read marks guide to oils and I don't see any specific recommendations for high heat cooking - like grilling over a BBQ. I like to grill a lot of veggies on the BBQ and have been using olive oil (not virgin) but I'm learning that it isn't the best for higher heat. What would be better?

Guessing you're going to hear animal fat or coconut oil. I use olive oil.

i was thinking coconut but it's just kind of annoying that i would need to heat it first to liquify it then coat my veggies with it. oh well...i'll give it a shot if there is nothing better.

Yeah, olive oil works. Ghee, clarified butter, rendered duck fat....take your pick, just about anything will work, and if it's a fat just give it a touch of heat to make it liquid.....don't forget bacon fat.
Whether you think you can..... or you think you can't..... your 100 % correct.
