Why I Love Our MDA forum

So what is so great about MDA ?

What a great place this is to share progress, get inspired; learn from others. The MDA forum is central to my progress in making healthy lifestyle changes.

Lifestyle changes can be *obsessed* over here in comfort, without boring my spouse or friends to tears. Everyone here is on a similar path of discovery and can relate. Excitement at small victories can be shared with others who have been there too.

What possible price can be put on good health and happiness ? Mark has created an oasis of individually driven personal growth. We have all added to it immensely by our continued involvement.

    Sweet.

+1. And I've said it before - I've never seen a more friendly and helpful forum (if you ignore the trolls of course!) Everyone seems to support one another, even if the way they use PB is different.

I love it because it's green.

(Though in all seriousness I agree completely.)

I love it because it offers inspiration when I am tempted to stray and its the first time I have ever taken my health seriously, so its important.

and other members offer new perspectives on many things I have never thought about before.

and I love the anonymity for my stupid ramblings.

    xx

+1 And I love the amount of intelligent information that is discussed here. I learn so much, and get turned on to cool research on a regular basis. There are some smart folks around here.

I have learned so much from others on the MDA forum.

I've been exposed to some wonderfully helpful websites, I've learned how to make my own deoderant, I've learned to put a few shakes of cinnamon in my coconut/whey powder smoothie. I've laughed. I've been so inspired by photos and postings about success stories. I've learned about important books and theories that heretofor I never heard of! I've felt encouraged. I love the (mostly) positive vibe here.

Thank you all for inspiring me and helping me on my journey.

This place is chock full of good info, links and people.
I try to balance that out with my (mostly) worthless posts

These folks.... Y'all are amazing. As much crap as I put up on my journal, completely unrelated to PB, yet y'all work with me on that stuff too. Y'all've answered questions I didn't even think had a real answer. Thank y'all, everyone, even the n00bs, even the people I may not see eye to eye with, thank you. It's all those different perspectives that give me the answers I need.
