snow peas, string beans page

are these primal? im confused,
some recipes call for string beans

I believe that they are technically legumes. That said, I love them - snap peas, snow peas, green beans, etc. I have noticed that green beans are hard on my stomach sometimes, though.

OK in limited quantities I think. That doesn't stop me from pigging out on them when they are in season.
