    I feel really bad for her! Although, yes, I previously would have thought this was completely healthy and I ate in a similar fashion. Now, I could/would never eat a day like that again! Mind you, I like ground turkey, but would probably cook it in a bit of lard nowadays.

    Fat one, 83, stroke (grandma)
    Athlete, 66, ALS (grandpa)
    Thinnest, 63, natural causes (grandma)
    Thin and brainiest, 59, cancer (grandpa)
    Female, 5'3", 49, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135 (more or less).
    Starting squat: 45lbs. Current squat: 180 x 2. Current Deadlift: 230 x 2
