Use of caffeine
I have found caffeinated drinks to be excellent pre workout drinks, in specific tea. I used caffeine to get up to running more than a mile over last winter. I tried it recently with simplefit day one, and I stank at it! I wonder if caffeine can only be used in endurance exercise? Anyone care to chime in?
I've had caffeine a handful of times before weight training and it seemed to help somewhat. Not sure if it was real or just placebo. I think caffeine tolerance builds pretty quickly, so maybe that is the cause.
