    mmm, that looks really good. I love turnips. I usually boil them until soft, then dice them up and put them in a casserole with onions, bacon, lots of butter, salt, pepper, and then top with cheese, ha ha.. (I bake it until the cheese is all melty). They are really good this way too

    Even easier is to cube them, boil until soft and mash with butter and black pepper. Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm
    (Swede works for this too)

    I hate to admit...I have never tried a turnip....any other ways that they are good? I want to try!

    cube them, and cook them like hash browns with lots of onions, salt and pepper, some green peppers thrown in are great too...... eat with eggs and bacon YUMMY!
