Add more fat to your meals and your 'meal windows' will increase. (Yeah, I know, I just HAD to throw that in there).
This leads into my next suggestion for a snack: Pemmican. Loads of fat, with bits of beef jerky flavor.
Heck, try some canned fish, like pickled herring in olive oil or sardines. (My crazy 11 yr old BEGS me to put those in his lunch!).
For me it's generally....
1 Jerky & nuts
2 Greek yogurt & berries
3 Stirfried chicken legs with skin and schezwan cabbage.
4 Handful of almonds
5 Mozzarella cheese on a small salad ( carrots, cucumber, cabbage, red bell peppers )
6 Carrot sticks dipped in almond butter.
HB eggs (again).
Mixed raw nuts & unsweetened coconut flakes.
Holy crapniddly! I just realized that I hardly ever snack anymore. Cool. (Methinks the key is satisfying meals w/ lots of fat and protein, and usually a few veggie carbs for nutrients and variety.)

sliced turkey with a little mustard, rolled up in a lettuce leaf is good too.
and salami rolled up with cream cheese in it, warmed up.
egg salad with carrot sticks to dip (easy to whip some up if you have boiled eggs ready to go in the fridge)
Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.
Right now I'm eating Larabars, they're quite tasty and can calm any sweet craving. I'm also waiting for my Paleo kits to come in, they're a bit pricey so I might make my own if I like this combination of jerk fruit and nuts. Cacao nibs, almond flour and the likes can easily be found online, search around and you can get it fairly cheap. I buy my almond flour in person, but I've bought from bob's red mill online and coconut flour I bought from Tropical Traditions. I buy coconut oil from tropical traditions as well.
