I will eat right and try 4 new forms of exersice in this 30 day challenge.
I run 5x a week and dance 2x a week and HOT YOGA 1x week
I did a Barre workout today and Pilates reformer class is scheduled for Tues.
And... water... need more water!
I'm ON IT!!!
oh... and supplements!
Sore this morning from the Barre class yesterday.. that really kicked my butt!
Off the simple carbs starting today... don't feel good
when I eat them... and that is part of this challenge!
Heading out to run and get focused!
