So these aren't really recipes per se, but they might still give people ideas, so I am sharing. I think I may include pics once i cook tomorrow.

Asian inspired chicken legs- half the family pack
fajita spiced chicken legs- other half- will probably do all the chicken on the grill (got one for free from the dumpster, works just fine thank you very much- yeah, yeah I am a garbage picker...lol)
deli-style roast beef (sirloin tri cut) from the PB Cookbook (first time trying this)
    pork roast in crockpot
    shrimp cakes
    salmon chowder

I may be willing to dumpster dive for some things, but FOOD is NOT on the list.....barf...lol

We live in base housing and we have a community dumpster area with a huge one for large items. When people move, they often worry about being over their weight limit, so they will 'toss' perfectly good stuff. It used to be they would put it on the curb with a sign that says 'free' or 'it works', but now we can't do that. So people leave the 'good' stuff out of the dumpster and hope that someone who can use it will take it. So every once in a while we check it out, because with 4 kids saving money is a priority. Not spending money on a grill, means more funds for yummy meat
