    I used to watch Jack when I was a toddler. (With my mom.) It only took about 40 years for all that good advice to sink in.

    I love this one! Did you see how much whole grain was on his sample daily menu? Not only that, but he advocated a BAS twice a day!

    Awesome videos.

    I always thought Jack was a vegetarian for a while - was this never true? I love how he recommends animal foods for EVERY MEAL!! And he mentioned whole wheat toast but only once - no other grains!! That sample menu seems to be under 150 carbs...

    I've said it before and I don't mind repeating it: Granny and grampaw knew how to eat. The biggest food mistake we ever made was listening to the crap Uncle Sam sold us.
