    TACO SEASONING

    Ingredients:

    2 T chili powder

    1-1/2 T cumin

    1-1/2 T paprika

    1 T onion powder

    1 T garlic powder

    2 tsp oregano

    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Just put everything in a container and shake to combine! To make taco meat, mix 3 T of the mixture with 1 lb of ground meat and salt to taste. Just brown the meat, add the seasonings and 1/4 cup of water, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Fantastic! My spice rack is due for some reform, I still have all the $#!+ left over from pre-primal. Lots of things with added sugars and anti-caking agents and other awful nonsense. I know it's only a little bit here and there, but it adds up and spices without any of the additives just taste better. Thanks again! If you have any other do-it-yourself seasoning mixes, I'm interested.
