    Dinner? Help!

    Primal Fuel
Here's the deal. I need to pull out whichever meat it is I use out of the the freezer in 1.5 hrs. Issue? I have no clue what I'm making and kinda bored of all our fall backs. Needs to be able to made within 2 hrs. I'm thinking I'll give y'all a list of what's on hand and let y'all have fun.
    I have on hand:
Chuck Roast Skirt steak ribeyes beef heart beef cheek chicken hearts Italian sausage
chicken breast chicken thigh Beef stew meat bacon pepperoni
Bell pepper onion garlic lime ginger red wine celery carrot spinach zuke
    green leaf lettuce
    tomato/ tomato product
    Mozz cheddar ricotta parmesan
    Fruit
    Jalapenos and habaneros
    Heavy cream
    Butter/ lard/ olive oil/ walnut oil/ toasted sesame oil/ almond oil/ coconut oil/ other oils
    assorted vinegars
walnuts pecans almonds pine nuts pumpkin seeds
Herbs, Spices and probably some other stuff

I also have broccoli, which would need to be incorporated into it's own thing, and eggs, which would need to be minimal (Husband has mild egg sensitivity.) It can be something where he subs the egg for bread/ rice, as he's not fully primal yet.

    Help me out, please!

Fajitas wrapped in lettuce instead of tortillas. Tomato/meat sauce on zucchini. Chili made with chicken thigh meat.

We had zuke pasta recently. I might do fajitas, have to run it by him. Chili is a 24 hour recipe in my house. Thanks for the ideas!

    Hi naiadknight!

How'bout this - I just made it last night. You can substitute the cream cheese with the other cheese that you have on hand!

    http://iamgrokette.blogspot.com/2010...y-chicken.html

    Ingredients:
    • Skinless, boneless chicken thighs (the number is up to you)
    • Phillidelphia cream cheese
    • Onion, sliced
    • Bacon slices
    • Pepper to taste

    Method:
    • Pre-heat oven to 400*C
    • Unroll the chicken thighs (clean them to your liking)
    • Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on the inside of the thigh
    • Take half of an onion slice and place in the middle of the thigh (spread the onion layers)
    • Season with a little pepper
    • Roll up the thigh, and wrap in one piece of bacon (no need to use toothpicks)
    • Place the thighs separated on a foil-lined cookie sheet and cover with foil by pressing the foil around the outer thighs.
    • Place in the oven for 35 minutes, and serve!

Good luck with your meal -- be creative
