I think that milk is bad.
You should try coconut or almond milk instead. You might like that even more?
The "Seven Deadly Sins"
• Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . • Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . .• Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)
• Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . • Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . • Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
• Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)
Ummm I'll try the coconut milk, sounds great!

Just know that coconut milk is hugely caloric. It's coconut oil in suspension with a bit of organic matter from the "meat."
If that's OK with you, have at it.
Okay but I still need an answer... does regular milk affect vegetables in the way it does chocolate?

How does milk affect chocolate?
Ummm I remember reading in many places (including here) that milk chocolate has no health benefits because the milk cancels out the chocolate's nutrients... or something.
