    I'm only asking because I know that that is the case with chocolate. I have been making veggie smoothies every morning with milk, it's sooo good.

    I think that milk is bad.


    You should try coconut or almond milk instead. You might like that even more?

    Just know that coconut milk is hugely caloric. It&#39;s coconut oil in suspension with a bit of organic matter from the "meat."


    If that&#39;s OK with you, have at it.

    Ummm I remember reading in many places (including here) that milk chocolate has no health benefits because the milk cancels out the chocolate&#39;s nutrients... or something.
