its a hard road kicking the sugar habit. Mentally you'd think it would be easy, just say no, blah blah blah, you know its bad for you, blah blah blah, but it is no fun whatsoever denying yourself something that you really think you want.

Took my daughter to her Physio apt. She’s recovering from an ACL operation.

My daughter had the munchies last night, so we melted a small Brie in the oven. I put red pepper jelly on top and we ate the whole thing! Yes, I used a few crackers...I thought she'd freak if I just used a spoon. This was my 1st wheat cheat in September, so I thought that was pretty good. I tried to put as much cheese on each cracker as I could, to limit the wheat

dontcha just hate it when something is soooo good. It just makes it all the harder to give up. I use rice crackers now not wheat, I figure, well, at least they're gluten free.
I guess I'd better buy some rice crackers, just in case another Brie "hops" into the oven![]()
