    Yup, when you have the luxury of not getting up and going to work every day and then suddenly have to, it's a shocker! I can't imagine going to an office (either clinic or university) every day.

    I can barely get through the things I need to at home. I don't know how people manage to have jobs.

    Other than the occasional emergency purchases (and yes, gummies count), I haven't bought groceries since August...

    Laundry gets done when I run out of clothes...

    On Monday I weighed 142. I started a fast. Today, Day 5 of my fast, guess how much I weigh??

    How long is yours?

    Today would have been day 7, but I decided to end it. My Farmer made me bacon & eggs for breakfast AND he's making pork ribs for supper. No way I'm missing pork ribs!

    I broke mine yesterday after eight days. It did not resolve the issue I was hoping it would, but it was worth a try. And I did not find it very hard. I could see doing it again, if needed. I'll figure out how much I went down after my bounce back up smooths out.

    Good luck on breaking 140. That's very satisfying.
