I know what my weaknesses are. Wine. Sugar.
So I'm going to start with a 21 day No Wine No Sugar.
I am allowing myself to have a tiny bite off my Artisan, locally roasted and ground 90% chocolate bar if I NEED it
Yesterday was Day 1.
I gave myself a sticker in my day planner
So far it looks like I'm going to be able to give myself one tonight too!
