    Friday Night
Ambassador competition, band, tractor pull, beer garden...

    Saturday
I finished painting the basement. My Farmer cut out the opening for the fridge and wired it. He also wired the "Games Room". We moved around a couple shelves. We decided that we didn't want to cook supper so we went to the booth. I had perch, fries, coleslaw and ice-cream. After supper we drove to a couples' house (my Farmer had put a new roof on their house) and she wanted to pay him. I'd never met them before. She invited us in for a drink. We drank wine and talked until 11pm! She was a riot! I had a great time!

    Sunday
    Dishes in the am.
    New house in the afternoon.
I cut the grass and then my friend came over and we talked and planned where things should go and drank wine.
The wallpaper was peeling off the back-splash so we peeled it off. The board behind needs to be replaced or painted over...

    5 more days!!

I can't believe you're finding time to post! Take care of that back.

    Only 5 more days?? Ack!

I assume that is when you start moving stuff over. How long do you have to be fully out of your current house and actually moved into the new one?

I second the take care of the back. Perhaps schedule another visit or 2 with the chiro for this week to keep things manageable?

We've already started moving boxes. The closing date on our old house is Oct 1st.
We plan on sleeping in our new house this Saturday!

    Monday

A friend came over today and helped me sort and pack up the "blue room" a spare bedroom that was FULL of stuff. It is almost empty! We took two truck loads to the new house and we created about 6 boxes of garbage! My back decided that I had to quit at 2pm...5 hours seems to be my limit.

I took it easy for a while and then went out to work at the booth. They were out of ice cream and potatoes, so I only ate a burger patty and a few onion rings...and a handfull of gummy worms...

I'm tired. My back is sore. I have to teach tomorrow morning. I'm going to go to bed early.

    4 more days!!

    4 More Sleeps!!!

    Tuesday

I taught this morning, picked up a few things at lunch and then went over to the new house. I put a 2nd coat in the fridge cabinet, painted the shelves in the basement and my Farmer painted my closet and put shelves in the tall cupboard. After supper I swept the basement floors (about 6 times!) and then my farmer painted them (except for the center of the laundry room, we ran out of paint)

    My back sucks
    Again
    Still
    Always
