    Tuesday

I had a supply teaching job. It was easy.

    We had fresh asparagus again
(Should I call it "free range" asparagus???)

I helped Daughter pack, she left this morning for a school band trip to Washington DC. 14 hour bus ride.
    Some highlights of their trip:
a music clinic at the Benjamin T Rome School of Music
    Smithsonian Complex of Museums
guided tour on bus - The Capitol building, Pentagon, White House, Lincoln, Washington, and Vietnam Memorials, etc..
    Georgetown Cupcakes (DC Cupcakes)
Blues Alley Jazz and Supper Club - with Arturo Sandoval
Kennedy Centre for the Performing Arts - concert with The National Symphony Orchestra & "Big Bad Voodoo Daddy"
    Madame Tussaud's Washington DC
    Marine Barracks Washington Evening Parade
    Holocaust Memorial Museum

She'll be home late Sunday night.

*no wine or chocolate on Tuesday!

    It's Lily's 5th birthday today <3

We might go spend some time at the beach this afternoon

I ran this morning. 2.5k in 23 min.
Not any faster than usual, but somehow it was...different... ? easier ?... ? lighter ? ...

    Wednesday

Lets see..I ran, and it was "easier"

I worked on my Silent Movie drawings.
    I surfed the net.
It rained, so we didn't go to the beach

I sang Happy Birthday to The Fabulously Adorable Miss Lily Buttercup
Here's a photo, just 'cause it's her birthday!

    I enjoyed more fresh asparagus

No wine and no dark chocolate again today!
*note: I STILL have two dark chocolate bars in my bag, a lovely 70% Lindt and the yucky Aero dark.

Only eating the asparagus in the spring is a wonderful way of doing things. Then it stays special.

Lily is very cute, but I want to see a picture of Winencandy...

Thinks, it's actually designed FOR a wine glass. It attaches with magnets.
