    Lunch:

    zucchini, egg, bacon & feta

    Dinner:

Roasted veggies: sweet potato, carrot, potato with green curry spices (and chicken thighs - no photo)

and just in-case you are interested, the "farming" parts".
I took photos and showed them to the salesman, to make sure I got the right parts

This was the part I replaced for the fertilizer auger on the planter:

    about $250

    This was on the sprayer:

    about $150

Yeah, I know. Evil corn planter and evil sprayer...

    Mmmm, to the food pictures.
As to the chocolate, wine, and cream: you may be on to something, there.

So, I woke up this morning, bright and early (9:30) and when I was coming down the stairs, I thought
"Now WHY are my thighs sore? I didn't run yesterday...Oooohhh, right. 60 squats..."

    Thanks Sabine

Oh my. That zucchini dish looks heavenly.

If you don't mind me asking, seeing as you've been around here for quite a while, how would you assess your overall primal experience? Have you achieved your goals? Had unexpected benefits? Or challenges? I figure you must consider it a positive because you're still here, but looking back over your shoulder, what personal words of wisdom would you pass on to a newbie like me?

Oh by the way, I am also in Ontario. Ottawa, to be precise. Not close enough to drop in for coffee...

    Wow. Umm.

I guess the easiest way to answer would be to send you to my posts #1866-1873.
I did a "Year in Review", listing the things I'd discovered, the mistakes I'd made, the challenges I'd tried.

See if that answers your questions. If not, ask and I'll see what I can do.

Heh, I was reading "lunch", "dinner", I scroll down and think you eat giant iron things as snacks.

Yup, those posts pretty much answered it. Thanks. I'm very interested in long-term results. Almost any diet or fitness regime can have people raving in the short-term, but I think it's maintenance and permanent results that really matter. So it's nice to see that you're doing well.

How do you cut your zucchini so fine? Did you grate it? *eying my zucchini*

    I use this:

It's 20+ years old. I bought it at a Plowing Match
Still as sharp as the day I got it!
