Tuesday

I drove my Daughter to band, climbed back in bed and slept until 10:30!!!

My Home Instruction Student wrote the 1st part of the English Exam today.
But while I was there, the Student had to make Kraft Dinner
In the microwave.
Then the Student ate the whole bowl full while writing the exam.

After supper I went with my Daughter to the Europe Trip (France & Spain) meeting. The trip is next March.
There might be room for a few parents...I told the teacher to put me at the top of the list

Tomorrow morning we are driving to Pembroke to pick up College Son.
The school year is over.
That was fast.

Wednesday

We left home at 8am.
Drove to Pembroke.
Arrived at 2:30.
Packed College Son's stuff.
Left at 4.
Home at 11pm.

Thursday

I RAN! 2.5K in 23 min - to the corner and back.
(winencandy's version of running - walk a minute/run a minute)

Unloaded the truck.
Laundry.
Daughter's Band Cabaret concert - dinner & music.

I decided to try the magical iodine again today.
Maybe I'll try every other day for a week and see if I still get puffy.

I don't like puffy.

Why are you taking iodine? I read about it being beneficial for PCOS folk and those with acne [ding ding din- me].

Why are you taking iodine? I read about it being beneficial for PCOS folk and those with acne [ding ding din- me].

I took this internet quiz and:

I did an adrenal fatigue questionaire.
A couple of the questions made me think: Doesn't everyone feel this??
eg:
I have difficulty getting up in the morning (don't really wake up until about 10:00 AM).
I am often tired at 9:00-10:00 pm, but resist going to bed.
My best, most refreshing sleep often comes between 7:00-9:00 AM.
If I don't go to bed by 11:00 PM, I get a second burst of energy around 11:00 PM, often lasting until 1:00-2:00 AM.
I have swelling under my eyes upon rising that goes away after I have been up for a couple of hours.

and finally:
I often feel better after spending a night out with friends.

Doesn't EVERYONE???

Perhaps I need to try iodine and maybe it will increase my magical powers...

Of course, the internet is ALWAYS right.
I was seduced by the magical powers of iodine.
That, and the fact that I have maybe lost 2bs in the past YEAR
(I don't know for sure, I'm refusing to weigh myself. My last weigh-in was at New Years)
