oooh cadbury mini eggs... yes I'd have trouble stepping away from those... not sure I could eat 10 in one sitting, definitely 5 though. I love the turkish delight flavoured ones... hmmmmmm must not think about chocolate.

The guacamole deviled eggs are very devilish. I brought them to a potluck BBQ last spring topped with crumbles of bacon and they were devoured in a flash by all those grain eating sorts. Well worth making one day and makes a lovely weekend morning breakfast.

the mini eggs i talk about are covered in foil (not creme eggs, definitely smaller). They are chocolate on the outside and the inside is kind of gooey turkish delight sort of jelly. divine... I've really got a hankering for some now... damn you

I keep thinking I must make these, its all the faffing about to do it though that puts me off. I'm so slow in the kitchen.

Cadbury eggs used to be my favorite. One year I got an Easter basket full of just cadbury eggs. I always loved how they had "yolk" inside the white- lol

    Me too.

I really have to try your egg/avocado combination. It always looks soooo good!

Your C25K practice is inspiring. I don't think I could run for 5 minutes if I was being chased by an axe-wielding maniac! Well, maybe then, but it would probably kill me (the run, not the maniac).

I've told Peter that he's only allowed to buy me easter treats if he can find something that's a minimum of 70% cocoa. Otherwise, I will only accept jewellery.
