    Food

    L – ¾ C Chicken breast, 1 slice bacon, 1 hard-boiled egg
    S – 4 macadamia nuts, 1 coconut heart
    D – 3.5 oz of white wine. 1 C of chili with kidney & brown beans…(yeah, I know) a Chai

    CRONoMeter #s:

    Cal: 1184
    Protein: 67 g (24%)
    Carbs: 52g (17%)
    Fat: 69 g (52%)
    Alcohol 6%

    Avoid Poisons & Stupid Mistakes

    There were beans in the chili, I had a tiny glass of wine…
    No truffles yet and there are 3 left…

    Move Slowly, Lift Heavy, Sprint
    Nope…
    On days I have to be out of the house early (for me that means before 10 )
    I don’t seem to have time to exercise before I go. AND I ‘m finding that if I don’t exercise early, I don’t exercise…

    Sleep, Sun, Play, and Use Your Brain
    Bed at 11:30. Awake at 7:30.
    I got ready and delivered the cat to the vet for her spay (9am)
    I went to my parents to help them solve their computer problems…easy peasy
    Home for lunch.
    Surf MDA, clean kitchen & bathroom
    The vet called, he wants to keep the kitty overnight.
    After supper we had the financial guy come by again.
    He’d gone over our info and was able to save us $6000 in the insurance for our farm loan!

    I'm feeling tired. I think I'm going to go to bed earlier tonight. I should probably go now...10:30 at the LATEST!

    Aromat appears to be almond or marzipan in Polish, I think they're essences

    2:15 – 3 hard-boiled eggs, avocado, 1 t avocado oil, paprika



    S – the LAST 2 truffles! (I thought there were 3, but there were only 2) They’re now GONE!
    D – ½ of a large turkey wing. ½ C sweet potato, ½ C cauliflower, ½ C cucumber

    The truffles are not on the CRONoMeter. I don’t know their #s

    I ate the last 2 truffles
    If I’d known I was going to feel this rotten, I wouldn’t have run today, but I felt fine when I left.
    And, NO, the truffles did not cause it!

    I didn’t go to bed early…Bed at 11:30. The phone woke me at 9:00.
    It was the vet telling me I could pick up the cat.
    So I did
    When I got back Army Wannabe Son wanted to go into the city.
    So, I did
    He bought some CD’s, I bought him some pants, and I bought myself a few shirts and 3 dresses…well, they are all the same dress, I just couldn’t decide which colour I like the best,
    SO I brought them all home to decide
    We got home at 2. Ate, surfed the web, My Son wanted me to download (legally) a CD from iTunes that we couldn’t find in the mall.
    So I did
    I thought I should exercise,
    So I did
    It was 3 C out. I took the Papillons with me. They loved it.
    I did the C25K week 4 run 2 (but I only ran ½ of the last 5 minutes. I just didn’t “have it in me” to run any more)
    It started to rain just as I finished.
    I had a headache after my run? And chills. Not sure why…

    I still feel blah after supper…
    The turkey wing was tough ☹
    According to my #s, I should eat some more protein.
    Maybe later. Right now I feel kinda sick…

    Sometimes I get a headache after working out too. I think (for me) it's a hydration issue.

    I really miss running and should get back into it. I wish it would hurry up and get warmer. *pout*

    Just getting out and doing the run, even if you didn't quite complete it as written, is a good thing. By any chance did you eat the truffles before the run? Could have been coming down from the sugar?

    Yes, you should have more protein, if you feel up to eating anything more tonight.

    I did have a drink of water after the run, but I probably didn't drink enough today.

    Thanks, yeah, I guess a 3/4 run is better than no run.
    I ate the truffles right after my 2:30 lunch, and I ran at 4...

    I've eaten some more.
    There was a small piece of left over chicken, about a 1/4 C.
    Then I had 5 macadamia nuts, 1 coconut heart, and 10 grapes

    That puts my #s at:
    Calories: 1285
    Protein: 71 g (22%)
    Carbs: 72 g (21%)
    Fat: 83 g (57%)

    More protein?
    There is some left over chili, but that would also raise my carbs.
    There is also some old cheddar cheese, but that would raise my fat...

    I still feel sick...

    Don't stress over the numbers. If you're feeling off and you're done with food for today, so be it. No need to force anything in.

    Maybe get to bed early??
