Liver Recipe
Hey,
I was going to try to stop by whole paycheck and get some chicken or beef liver to try. I figured I would ask you kind folks what kind of recipe to use. I would prefer something that could be used with either chicken or beef since last time I checked they were out of chicken liver. I just want to start out with a good recipe instead of guessing. I saw the recipe for the blackened livers on the site and might try that if nothing else stands out more. Just looking for ideas.

I worked at a french restaurant for a couple of years. Never liked beef liver until I had it there. It's very simple - add fresh lemon juice and chopped garlic to the liver and let it marinate overnight. Use plenty of lemon juice. Saute in butter. That's it. It's wonderful.
