Primal Cookbook Ranch Dressing
Has anyone made this? I made a batch last night, but it didn't taste quite right. It wasn't thick enough, should I have added an extra egg?
Also could it be done with just buttermilk and minus the olive oil? I think it was good, but the olive oil taste was too strong. I followed the directions as given in the book. I whisked everything and didn't use electric.
Was wondering if it could be made by itself + an egg or two without the primal mayo prereq.
You could try using avocado oil as it's milder tasting. Olive oil in ranch is overpowering.
