    Primal Fuel

I made mayonnaise this weekend and used extra light olive oil because of the lighter taste, as per Mary Eades' recipe I found online.

Shouldn't this post have gone into the recipes section?

If you want to take homemade mayo to the next level, use bacon fat instead of oil:

My wife described it as "ABSOLUTELY FRICKEN AWESOME!!!!"

    The "Seven Deadly Sins"

    Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . . Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)
    Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
    Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)
