Feeling particularly tired today to the point of being grumpy.
Not sure why...
62 gr strawberries
4 fried eggs
1/2 an avocado
100 gr cherry tomatoes
150 gr tuna
1 ts almond butter (i am addicted)
200 gr sweet potato (was feeling very tired) perhaps too much... not sure, see if i crash later on.
Spent the afternoon sleeping. Apparently I needed that.Guess there are worst ways to spend a Sunday afternoon.
161 gr sweet potato
100 gr green beans (are these primal?)
100 gr grilled chicken

it has taken me some years and it is constant work.
I come from an overweight family.
Thankfully Mark's daily apple I have managed to change my mother (you wouldnt recognise her now!), my father and my younger sister's life. They are much more aware of what they eat and that they need also need to exercise.

last night out of nowhere, I decided to take bert and britney (my english bullies) for a long walk. the air was still wet from the rain and we hit the road. it was a 45 min walk that left owner and bullies sweating.
- 209 gr green beans
- 4 eggs
- 2 kiwis
- 1 cup green tea with cinnamon powder (helps keep sugar levels regulated throughout the day)
Obs: although I did not sleep as much i should last night, i feel more energetic. Suspect it has something to do with my carb increase.
150 gr sweet potato

some mixed veggies
mid afternoon snack
30 grams of grilled chicken
piece of cheese
2 tb spoons of almond butter (i know! i couldn't resist)
tonight i have a cross fit workout:
5 rounds for time of
5 back squats @ 70% 1Rm
7 x GHD SU
10 x Pull ups
post workout snack
4 brazil nuts
2 medjool dates
1 tbs fish oil
After that I will take my babies for another long walk before i go to sleep.
