Detox: After suffering through 10 days of headaches they finally disappeared, yay! I have fierce black circles under my eyes from the continued detox my body is going through. I'm also breaking out & went through a random bout of backne, which I have never in my life had.
Crap factory: still broken. some days better than others. Today I will be trying the mirolax Jenny
Food: I can tell that my body is starting to have nutrition cravings instead of haywire gut flora calling the shots. Really craving meat, especially on the bone. Also I love me some meaty bone broth. My body tells me right away if it does not like something I ate, which is nice feedback but also tells me there is still a lot of healing to do. I accidentally rekindled my nut addiction. Our natural grocery carries fresh nuts that are refrigerated. You have not tasted nuts like this before, it's like eating flowers.
Workouts: I am a lazy lazy f***. Planning on starting Bodyrock TV
Weight-piled back on the weight I lost this summer. I'm blaming stress, stress, nuts, & indulgent lazyness.
Moonshine: no more than 2 glasses wine! I'm beaming. Also working on getting down to 1.
Supplements-1/4 of my income, doesn't that mean that they are more than just supplements? Biokult, fermented cod liver oil, vit d, digestive enzymes, gelatin. Switched up GABA & 5HTP for the thionine & phosphatidylserine BC they are recommended on GAPS. I like it better anyway.
Hormones: stopped using progesterone as recommended & I'm all estrogen dominant again. Bollocks.
Goals: Start bodyock TV & get back on the workout train. Stop eating nuts & fruit.
Celebrations: this week in the staff lounge I successfully avoided:
Homemade Christmas cookies, brownies, cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake, dark choc covered almonds, peanut butter m&ms (my FAVORITE), crazy awesome doughnuts, chips, caramel corn, a variety of gourmet chocolates, and Christmas breads. I am damn proud of that.
