Yesturday I lifted heavy things at the gym. I had a trainer set me up a program a few weeks ago, before I went primal. SO I decided to try it out. Man oh man! I am hurting today. Hurting in a good way. Something about the muscle soreness after working hard that feels good.

I ate pretty well. The carbs I had were in the form of a few grapes and apples and sweetened yogurt from a fast food place. Besides salad, it was the only thing on the menu that I felt I could eat. The yogurt was not so good. I would call it yogurt-like dipping sauce. I skipped eating the sugar glazed walnuts. I like walnuts as they are, why add sugar?
