Anyone have information on training primal after just coming off a ACL reconstruction
Hello I am a newbie to this forum. And would like to know if any of you have any suggestions about training since I just came off a ACL reconstruction surgery. It has been almost 3 months but still have some pains in my knee. All information is greatly appreciated.
How long did you re-hab? Are you still in rehab, have you been cleared by ortho for running/plyometrics/lateral manuevers and was your rehab atheltic based, or general run of the mill average Joe?
