Goals for this challenge? (9/7/2010)
I was just wondering if anyone had any extra goals for this primal challenge? Besides going out for the scotch with some friends once or twice I plan on being 100 %, but I have set myself a challenge of gaining another solid two pounds of muscle on just meats, veggies, eggs, and some cottage cheese.
Do you have any side challenges?
Hey there - I have a set of goals I'm aiming for over the next month.
Goal 1: Lose fat and increase muscle. I'd like to lose about 3% BF during the 30 days.
Goal 2: Stop mindless eating - like when I'm bored.
Goal 3: Stay at or below average calorie consumption of 1700/day.
Goal 4: Experiment with IF.
Bonus Goal: Less coffee.
