Challenge 1: Eat Lots of Plants and Animals
 Healthy clean meals cooked at home
On the first day of the 30-day challenge I've had a breakfast of eggs, bacon, yoghurt + müsli made of nuts, seeds and dried berries, a cup of tea and some cheese.
For dinner my girl and I made salmon fried in egg and sesame seeds, served with spinach, aspargus and a mix of feta cheese, garlic and basilica. Tasted really nice!

Before todays meeting at work I spent about 1 hour in the forrest with my girlfriend, picking mushrooms.
Challenge 4: Lift Heavy Things

I got up early for an hour of crossfit at Crossfit Uppsala. Todays sessoin was mainly about kettlebell swings and lunges with kettlebell in hand.

The sun shone upon our heads while we were searching for mushrooms.
