I'm new to PB, I've been eating this way for a couple months. I love how much energy I have! I'm going to do the challenge this month. It's an extra challenge for me because the next 3 weeks I'm living in hotels(business trip.)
The hardest thing for me is to break the habit of eating at traditional meal times, even if I am not hungry. I also snack at night. I have small children who are constantly eating and when I see them eat I want to eat. I want to overcome these emotional reasons for eating.

I am moving more-walking with my toddler on my back several times a week and I started the hundred push ups and two hundred sit ups. I feel stronger already and enjoy that feeling of having strength in reserve for anything I need to do.
