we smoked a brisket, pork butt and some drumsticks.

I used a dry rub for hte meat and then made a mop sauce.

THe dry rub was chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, paprika and a bit of cumin.

The mop sauce:
1 cup coffee
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup beef stock
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire pepper (not sauce)
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp minced onion
1 cup apple juice

Not entirely primal, but that is what the 20% is for...lol
