Hi, Ellis here. I'm interested in the PB concept, though I have some serious sticking points. I've long been devoted to what I called the "Caveman" concept ever since I read an article Nathan Pritikin wrote endorsing it about 30 years ago. I have devoted most of my life to finding out the best way to run this body of mine and I'm looking forward to some good learning and discussion here.
