post-workout BF: 2 egg whites + 1 oz Soyrizo + green beans + sliced tomatoes


snack 1: 1 1/2 oz salmon + grapes + almonds


lunch: ground turkey vietnamese salad (cucumber / red pepper / bean sprouts / cilantro)+ apple + almonds


dinner: ground turkey & veggie marinara over steamed green beans and cauliflower + drizzle of EVOO


snack: 1/4 cup cottage cheese + blue beeries + smidge of org apple sauce + slivered almonds


workout: warm up - run/walk with the dog 25 minutes

4 rounds of:

5 pull ups

10 push ups

24# kettle bell one arm overhead press (10 each arm)

then:

3 rounds of:
