I have noticed on many of the recipes posted that there is a percentage breakdown of carbs fat and protein. How are people determining this? Is there an online calculator that you enter all ingredients? Or better yet an iPhone app?

I use fitday.com to track my stuff and if I want to do this calc for a recipe, I just pick a day in the future, enter my recipe pieces in there, and then divide it out by # servings.
