D: Soup again, apple w/ raw almond butter, 1 small glass of red wine.
Snacks: Cherry Pie Lara Bar, tea
B: Homemade turkey sausage patties - 4, banana, strawberries
Snacks: Mrs. Mays Trio bar Tropical (ingredients: cashews, almonds, pistachios, tropical fuits(pinapple, mango, papaya), sesame seeds, sunflower seed, dates raisins, RICE MALT, EVAPORATED CANE JUICE, SEA SALT :-()
