I'm Hanna, from Sweden. I have been transitioning to a primal lifestyle for a couple of weeks, and have been hanging around MDA for about a year. I figured that here's a wealth of support, and knowledge, why not grab it?

My number one goal is to lose weight. I once lost 100 pounds on weightwatchers, but gained most of it back. I would say I have 40-50 pounds to lose today. I love skiing, jogging, hiking, swimming, and lifting heavy things, so I think the fitness part will be fine.
I also want to improve my immune system, since I get sick alot. And if I am really lucky, my migraines will get better as well.

Anyway, I'm off to browse the boards! Wish me luck!
