You have? I'd have backed you upIt's talked about frequently - very frequently - in my journal as mental health, especially anxiety and depression, have been hot topics in that thread.
I quip freqeuntly that "I love my brain on ketones". I'm much less sensitive, much happier, enjoy dramatically increased mood stability. (though that may not be so clear lately.....but then again, I'm not in ketosis so there is that. lol)
