I've been eating about 90 to 95% primally for just one week and at the risk of being too graphic the first place where I've seen improvements has been the toilet bowl. Having read the post 'In Search of a Good Poop' post ( http://www.marksdailyapple.com/poop-health/ ) I started looking. And I've gone from the 'Bad Poop' description to the 'Good Poop' description in a matter of days. It's extremely encouraging to see changes like this! How have you noticed the benifits of healthy eating in your life?
